Research progress in targeted therapy and immunotherapy for ovarian cancer
The recurrence rate and mortality of ovarian cancer rank first among the malignant tumors of the female reproductive system,which seriously threatens the health and life safety of women.Although traditional surgery and chemotherapy can extend the survival time of patients to a certain extent,the 5-year survival rate is still low.In recent years,targeted therapy and immunotherapy have shown great potential in the treatment of ovarian cancer,especially advanced recurrent ovarian cancer.This article systematically reviews the research progress of targeted therapy and immunotherapy related to ovarian cancer in recent years,hoping to provide theoretical support for their clinical application.
