Observation on the Application Effects of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Pneumatic Therapy in the Recovery of Laparoscopic Uterine Fibroid Removal Surgery
Objective:To explore the preventive effects of low molecular weight heparin combined with pneumatic therapy on coagulation indicators and lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Method:104 Patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy at Anyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment plans, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received postoperative treatment with pneumatic therapy, while the observation group received additional treatment with low molecular weight heparin on this basis. Both groups maintained treatment for 7 days.Compared two groups of surgical related indicators, incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs, coagulation indicators, degree of pain, and quality of life.Result:The observation group had less postoperative bleeding than the control group, shorter hospital stay, and lower incidence of DVT compared to the control group(P<0.05).The coagulation indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of D-dimers(P>0.05).On postoperative days 1,3,5 and 7,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin combined with pneumatic therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative DVT in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, improve coagulation function, and promote faster recovery.
