摘要
目的:阐述江西省道地药材"赣十味""赣食十味"的提出背景,分析其开发利用现状并提出相应对策.方法:利用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、威胁和机遇四个方面分析"赣十味""赣食十味"的开发利用现状.结果:分析可得目前"赣十味""赣食十味"20 个品种在产区、品种、技术、产学研等方面具有优势;在投资成本、生长条件、采收加工、生产技术标准、高质量发展等方面存在劣势;面临着缺乏优质土地种植、恶劣气候、采收期短促、缺乏机械设备、产销难以预测、外省的竞争等威胁;迎接着政策、新市场、新产品、产业链延伸等机遇.结论:制定以发挥优势、克服弱势、化解威胁、利用机遇为指导的对策,将更好地促进"赣十味""赣食十味"的开发利用.
Abstract
Objective:To elaborate on the background of proposing the genuine medicinal materials"Gan Shi Wei"and"Gan Shi Shi Wei"in Jiangxi Province,analyze their current development and utilization status,and propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods:Using SWOT analysis,analyzed the current development and utilization status of"Gan Shi Wei"and"Gan Shi Shi Wei"from four aspects:strengths,weaknesses,threats,opportunities.Results:Analysis showed that the current 20 varieties of"Gan Shi Wei"and"Gan Shi Shi Wei"have strengths in production areas,varieties,technology,industry,academia and research.There were weaknesses in investment costs,growth conditions,harvesting and processing,production technology standards,and high-quality development.Faced with threats such as lack of high-quality land for cultivation,harsh climate,short harvest period,lack of mechanical equipment,unpredictable production and sales,and competition from other provinces.Embraced opportunities such as policies,new markets,new products,and extended industrial chains.Conclusion:Developing countermeasures guided by leveraging strengths,overcoming weaknesses,resolving threats,and utilizing opportunities will better promote the development and utilization of the"Gan Shi Wei"and"Gan Shi Shi Wei".
