The Effect of Ketamine Combined with Butorphanol on Postoperative Analgesia and Postpartum Depression in Cesarean Section Women
Objective:To explore the effect of ketamine combined with butorphanol on postoperative analgesia and postpartum depression in cesarean section women.Methods:90 Parturients who underwent cesarean section in the hospital from April 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, all parturients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups underwent lumbar epidural anesthesia during surgery and received postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA).The control group received butorphanol analgesia, while the observation group received butorphanol and ketamine analgesia.Compare the analgesic condition, analgesic effect, incidence of postpartum depression, postoperative recovery, quality of life, and adverse reactions between two groups. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of salvage analgesia, lower limb activity time, adverse reactions, and preoperative quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);The effective pressing frequency and total pressing frequency of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at different time points after surgery, and the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group. The depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3,7,and 42 days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter postoperative exhaust time, spontaneous urination time, and lactation time compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative use of ketamine combined with butorphanol in cesarean section women has a significant analgesic effect, can reduce the number of PCIA compressions, lower the incidence of postpartum depression, promote postoperative recovery, and have fewer adverse reactions, resulting in a high quality of life for women.
