Clinical Observation of J-Type Needle Knife Combined with Sinomenine in the Treatment of Sacroiliac Arthritis
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of J-type needle knife combined with Sinomenine in the treatment of sacroiliac arthritis patients. Methods Forty patients with sacroiliac arthritis admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The observation group was treated with J-type needle knife combined with sinomenine, while the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium tablet. Both groups were treated continuously for 16 days. The clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)scores,Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI)scores, symptom scores and incidence of adverse reactionswere compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores,ODI scores,BASFI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the symptoms scores of both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the joint mobility, morning stiffness, and total symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion J-type needle knife combined with sinomenine and oral diclofenac sodium tablets,is effective in the treatment of sacroiliac arthritis. The combination of J-type needle knife and sinomenine is more effective in improving joint mobility and enhancing quality of life of patient.
