Study on the Curative Effects of Temperature Controlled Radiofrequency Combined with Magnetoelectric Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective To investigate the efficacy of temperature controlled radiofrequency combined with magnetoelectric therapy in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods Sixty patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to Xiamen Hongai Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(magnetoelectric therapy)and a observation group(temperature controlled radiofrequency combined magnetoelectric therapy),with 30 cases in each group. The severity of urinary incontinence, urodynamic indexes and changes in urine cushion test were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in ICIQ-SF scores between the two groups of urinary incontinence questionnaires(P>0.05);After treatment,ICIQ-SF scores of both groups was improved, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in urodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the urodynamic indexes of both groups were improved, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in 1-hour urine cushion test between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,1-hour urine cushion test in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Temperature controlled radiofrequency combined with magnetoelectric therapy for SUI patients can significantly improve urinary incontinence symptoms, quality of life, and sexual function in women of reproductive age.
