Observation on the Clinical Effect of Taohong Flavored Decoction Combined with Operation in the Treatment of Ⅳ Degree Ankle Joint Fracture of Supination External Rotation Type
Objective To investigate the effect of Taohong flavored decoction combined with operation in the treatment of Ⅳ degree ankle fracture of supination external rotation type.Methods Sixty patients with Ⅳ degree ankle joint fracture of supination external rotation type admitted to Sanming integrated traditional chinese and western medicine hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with Taohong flavored decoction on the basis of the control group.Pain score,joint swelling score,excellent and good rate of ankle-hind foot function,coagulation function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed better VAS scores and ankle swelling scores than the control group at 2 weeks after operation.At 4 weeks after operation,the rate of excellent ankle-hindfoot function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in D-D level in peripheral blood 2 weeks after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of FIB in peripheral blood of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 2 weeks after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during hospitalization between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Taohong flavored decoction combined with operation in the treatment of Ⅳ degree ankle joint fracture of supination external rotation type can effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce ankle swelling,improve ankle joint function,have a significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect,and improve coagulation function.
