Effects of Nursing Intervention Based on PERMA Model on the Psychological State and Medical Compliance Behavior of Outpatient Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients
Objective To analyze the effects of adopting the PERMA(Positive emotion、Engagement、Relationship、Meaning、Accomplishment)model on the psychological state and compliance behavior of outpatient pulmonary tuberculosis patients during nursing care.Method 80 Pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the outpatient department of the hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into a routine group(routine nursing interventions)and a study group(nursing interventions based on the PERMA model)using a random number table method.Compared the awareness,self-care ability,perceived burden,mindfulness level,psychological state,and compliance behavior between two groups.Result After the intervention,the awareness of patients in the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The self-care ability of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The compliance behavior of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The mindfulness level of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The psychological state of the study group patients was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The self perceived burden score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing nursing interventions based on the PERMA model to outpatient pulmonary tuberculosis patients can help improve their mindfulness level,self-care ability,awareness,and have a positive impact on improving their self perceived burden,psychological state,and compliance behavior.
