边疆民族地区高校教师队伍建设问题微探--以云南省为例

边疆民族地区高等教育是我国民族教育事业的重要组成部分,承担着为民族地区发展输送人才的重任,由于受历史、社会、经济发展等原因的制约,存在一些亟待解决的问题,特别是教师队伍的发展,作为高等教育系统最核心的构成要素,能否在重重不利因素中保持可持续发展令人担忧。为此,笔者对云南省边疆民族地区部分高校教师队伍的建设状况展开调研,对出现的问题及原因进行剖析,并提出了几点应对之策。
Development of College Teachers in Frontier Min ority Areas-A Case Study Of Yunnan Province
Higher Education of Ethnic Frontier Region is an important part of our national education, which currying the heavy responsibility of developing talents for the ethnic areas. Due to the historical, social and economic development con?straints and other reasons , there are some problems to be solved , especially the development of teachers which as the core components of higher education system, the ability to maintain sustainable development in numerous unfavorable factors is to be worried. To this end , the author expand research on the prob?lem of the construction status of the Frontier Minority Areas sec?tion of University teachers, analyzed the reason for the problem and proposed several strategies to deal with it .
