Effect of Pricking-cupping combined with Sheshangwaifu-powder in treatment of Agkistrodon halys bite
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pricking-cupping combined with Sheshangwaifu-powder in treatment of Agkistrodon halys bite.Methods 60 patients with Agkistrodon halys bite were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment regimens.The treatment group was given Pricking-cupping combined with Sheshangwaifu-powder base on the control group.The patient's local symp-toms,clinical efficacy and security index of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group(93.33%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in both groups were decreased,and the reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05);The improvement of swelling range and pain symp-toms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences among the groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Pricking-cupping combined with Sheshangwaifu-powder in the treatment of Agkistrodon halys snake bite is accurate,it can effectively relieve local swelling and pain caused by Agkistrodon halys snake bite,the application safety and reliability,it's worthy of clinical application.
