摘要
目的 分析银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭的治疗及临床观察.方法 对2020 年1 月至2022 年12 月在我院治疗的60 例银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料进行分析,并总结治疗经验.结果 60 例银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭患者均抢救成功,治疗期间未出现严重并发症.结论 临床上积极抢救治疗与严密的病情观察对挽救银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭患者的生命至关重要.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the treatment and clinical observation of acute respiratory failure caused by snakebite of Bungarus multicinctus.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with acute respiratory failure caused by snakebite of Bungarus multicinctus treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were analyzed,and the treatment experience was summarized.Results The success rate of rescue of 60 patients with acute respiratory failure caused by the snakebite of Bungarus multicinctus was100%,and no serious complications occurred during treatment.Conclusion It is very important to take active rescue treatment and strict obser-vation in clinic to save the life safety of patients with acute respiratory failure caused by snakebite of Bungarus multicinctus.
