Research progress on early wound emergency care of patients with venomous snakebite
Venomous snakebite is one of the most common clinical emergencies in summer and autumn,with acute onset and rapid progress,if the treatment is not timely or improper,it can lead to pain,swelling,ulcer or necrosis of the wound or the affected limb,even systemic poisoning and death.Timely,correct and effective early wound care can promote wound healing,alleviate poisoning symptoms and reduce disability rate,which is the key to successful treatment of venomous snakebite.This article reviews the recognition and as-sessment of wound after venomous snakebite,early wound emergency care and wound related complications nursing,aiming to provide a reference for early wound care of patients with venomous snakebite.
