Application of crisis management in acute myocardial infarction patients in e-mergency department
Objective To analyze the effect of crisis management in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients in emergency de-partment.Methods A total of 200 patients with AMI proposed to be diagnosed in the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(n =100)and observation group(n =100)according to the order of treatment time. The control group was treated with traditional nursing mode, and the observation group was treated with crisis management mode based on the control group. The first aid operation time, rescue success rate, rescue cooperation satisfaction, patient complaint rate, post competence and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The first aid operation time of observation group was less than that of control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.001).The success rate of rescue, satisfaction degree of rescue cooperation and post competency in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complaint rate and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Crisis management mode can effectively shorten the emergency opera-tion time of AMI patients, improve the success rate of rescue and the satisfaction of rescue cooperation, reduce the complaint rate and complication rate of patients, improve the post competence of emergency personnel, and improve the prognosis of patients.
