Effect of early cluster nursing combined with feeding tube positioning for nasal jejunal nutrition intervention in critical patients of ICU
Objective To explore the effect of early cluster nursing combined with nasojejunal nutrition on critical patients of ICU.Methods 120 patients in our ICU from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with ICU routine enteral nutrition,while the patients in the ob-servation group were treated with early cluster nursing and nasojejunal nutrition intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the levels of ALB,PA and Hb in the two groups increased,and the levels of ALB,PA and Hb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of enteral nutrition complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05),and the rate reaching standard of 3 d calorie there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The 7 d calorie attainment rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early cluster nursing com-bined with nasojejunal nutrition intervention can be adopted in the nutritional intervention of ICU critical patients,which can effectively improve the nutritional status of ICU,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and ensure the intake of energy and nutrition,which is of great significance to the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
