摘要

ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)主要由冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块引起血栓形成、冠状动脉闭塞、狭窄等造成心肌坏死、缺血等,是临床多发的一种危重病症.临床上主要实施再灌注治疗,静脉溶栓、介入是目前治疗STEMI的有效手段和再灌注治疗的重要方法.本文就STEMI冠状动脉溶栓治疗的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供可靠参考依据.

Abstract

St-segment elevation myocardial infarction is mainly caused by coronary atherosclerotic plaque thrombosis,coronary artery occlusion and stenosis resulting in myocardial necrosis and ischemia,etc.Reperfusion therapy is mainly performed clinically.Intravenous thrombolysis and intervention are effective means to treat ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,and are important methods for STEMI reperfusion therapy.It has corresponding advantages and disadvantages.This paper introduces the research progress of coronary thrombolysis in ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),briefly describes the importance and influence of STEMI in the cardiovascular field,and the application of coronary thrombolysis in STEMI patients.Meanwhile,the methods and techniques of coronary thrombolysis,including the selection of thrombolytic drugs and the mode of administration,are analyzed.In terms of key findings,this ar-ticle points out that coronary thrombolysis has a high success rate and safety in STEMI patients.Overall,this study provides a compre-hensive review and analysis of the application of coronary thrombolysis therapy in STEMI,and proposes innovative insights into this treatment approach,which provides an important reference for the clinical treatment of STEMI patients.
