摘要
目的 探讨快速康复外科(fast track surgical rehabilitation,ERAS)护理对腹壁疝术后患者免疫功能及康复效果的影响.方法 选取2020 年3 月至2023 年3 月在我院手术治疗的腹壁疝患者80 例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组40 例.A组给予常规护理,B组采用ERAS护理,比较两组患者的免疫功能、康复时间、SF-36 评分、护理满意度情况.结果 术后第5 天,B组的免疫功能指标、SF-36 评分及护理满意度评分均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).两组患者的康复时间比较,B组明显短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腹壁疝患者术后采用ERAS护理,可有效改善免疫功能和生活质量,加速康复进程,提高患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective Exploring the impact of Fast Track Surgical Rehabilitation(FTSR)on the immune function and rehabilita-tion effect of postoperative patients with abdominal wall hernia.Methods 80 patients with abdominal wall hernia who underwent sur-gical treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into groups A and B by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The group A received routine care,while group B received FTSR care.The immune function,recovery time,SF-36 score,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results On the 5th day after surgery,the immune function indicators,SF-36 score,and nursing satisfaction score of group B were better than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of rehabilitation time between the two groups showed that group B was significantly shorter than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postopera-tive FTSR care for patients with abdominal wall hernia can effectively improve immune function and quality of life,accelerate the recov-ery process,and increase patient satisfaction.
