Effect of fast track surgical rehabilitation on recovery and immune function of postoperative patients with abdominal wall hernia
Objective Exploring the impact of Fast Track Surgical Rehabilitation(FTSR)on the immune function and rehabilita-tion effect of postoperative patients with abdominal wall hernia. Methods 80 patients with abdominal wall hernia who underwent sur-gical treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into groups A and B by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The group A received routine care, while group B received FTSR care. The immune function, recovery time,SF-36 score, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results On the 5th day after surgery, the immune function indicators,SF-36 score, and nursing satisfaction score of group B were better than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of rehabilitation time between the two groups showed that group B was significantly shorter than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postopera-tive FTSR care for patients with abdominal wall hernia can effectively improve immune function and quality of life, accelerate the recov-ery process, and increase patient satisfaction.
