摘要
中华眼镜蛇是中国南方最常见的毒蛇之一,被咬伤后若得不到及时、正确救治,往往出现严重并发症.中华眼镜蛇咬伤后的常见症状表现为伤口溃疡,严重者可发生组织坏死,甚至致残或需截肢治疗.近年来,中西医治疗中华眼镜蛇咬伤溃疡取得不错成效,本文就中西医治疗中华眼镜蛇咬伤溃疡的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Chinese cobra is one of the most common venomous snakes in southern China.If it is not treated promptly and correctly,serious complications often occur after being bitten.The common symptom of Chinese cobra bite is wound ulcer,and in severe cases,tis-sue necrosis can occur,and even disability or amputation is required.In recent years,Chinese and Western medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of Chinese cobra bite ulcer.This article reviews the research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Chinese cobra bite ulcer.
