护理专案干预对提高重症患者人工气道气囊压力合格率的影响

摘要
目的 探讨护理专案干预对重症患者人工气道气囊压力合格率的影响.方法 选择 2022 年 2～10 月在我院综合ICU留置人工气道患者574 例,根据转入ICU时间先后顺序将患者分为对照组(2～5 月共 279 例)和观察组(6～10 月共295 例),其中对照组给予间断测量气囊压力,观察组实施护理专案干预.比较两组人工气道气囊压力合格率.结果 对照组人工气道气囊压力共 871 例次,合格 633 例次(72.68%);观察组人工气道气囊压力共 1205 例次,合格 1130 例次(93.78%);两组患者的气囊压力合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用护理专案干预可提高人工气道气囊压力合格率,改善护理质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the qualified rate of artificial airway cuff pressure in se-vere patients.Methods 574 patients with artificial airway in the comprehensive ICU from February to October 2022 were divided in-to the control group(279 patients from February to May)and the observation group(295 patients from June to October)according to the order of time when they were transferred to the ICU.The control group was given intermittent measurement of cuff pressure,and the observation group was given nursing intervention.The pressure pass rate of the two groups was compared.Results In the control group,there were 871 cases of airbag pressure and 633 cases passed(qualified rate 72.68%);in the observation group,there were 1205 cases and 1130 cases passed(qualified rate 93.78%).The unqualified rate of airbag pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention can effectively improve the qualified rate of artificial airway cuff pressure and promote the improvement of nursing quality.
