摘要
目的 探讨红光照射联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗脑卒中后压疮的效果.方法 选取2016 年3 月至2020 年3 月在我院治疗的Ⅲ期压疮患者26 例,均给予常规清创、红光照射、患处涂抹莫匹罗星软膏,连续治疗 2 周,观察比较治疗前后的创面疼痛程度、创面面积改善情况.结果 治疗2 周后,创面疼痛程度明显减轻,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗2 周后,创面面积较治疗前明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 红光照射联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗脑卒中后压疮的效果良好,能有效缓解压疮症状,促进患者皮损的修复.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of red-light irradiation combined with mupiroxacin ointment on pressure sore after apoplexy.Methods Routine debridement was performed in 26 patients with pressure sores after apoplexy.the wounds were photographed and recorded,followed by red-light irradiation,mupirocin ointment,red-light irradiation and mupirocin ointment once a day for 3 weeks.The degree of wound pain and wound area before and after treatment were compared.Results The degree of wound pain after 3 weeks of treatment was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of wound area before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Red-light irradiation combined with mupirocin ointment can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with pressure sores after apoplexy and pro-mote the repair of skin lesions.
