身体意象紊乱的NNN链接在肠造口患者护理中的应用研究

摘要
目的 探讨身体意象紊乱的NNN模式在肠造口患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2020 年5 月至2021 年6 月符合纳入标准的肠造口发生身体意象紊乱的80 例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组 40 例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用NNN链接护理方案,采用身体意象结局量表评定两组肠造口患者的结局状态.结果 干预后,两组肠造口患者的结局评分[4 个结局:包括适应身体障碍、身体意象、自尊、心理社会调整(即生活变化)]具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的4 个结局指标效果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 在NNN链接护理模式的指导下,发生身体意象紊乱的肠造口患者心理健康和心理社会适应水平明显改善.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of NNN model of body image disorder in nursing care of patients with enterostomy.Methods From May 2020 to June 2021,80 patients with body image disorder in enterostomy who met the admission criteria were se-lected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given NNN link nursing scheme on the basis of routine nursing,and body image outcome scale was used to evaluate the outcome status of the two groups of enterostomy patients.Results After intervention,the outcome scores of the two groups of enterostomy patients[4 outcomes,including physical adjustment disorder,body image,self-es-teem,psychosocial adjustment(i.e.,life change)]were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the four outcome indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of NNN link nursing model,the mental health and psychosocial adaptation of enterostomy patients with body image disorder are significantly improved.
