摘要

目的 探讨成果导向教育(OBE)的教学理念引领下混合教学模式在局部解剖学中的应用效果.方法 选取2021级本科临床医学专业学生160 名作为研究对象,随机分成对照组81 名和教改组79 名.教改组采用以成果为导向的混合式教学模式教学,对照组采用传统教学模式教学,比较两组学生的期评成绩(期考成绩、线上自学成绩、阶段测验成绩、课堂表现、标本考核)和综合素养(自主学习能力、语言表达能力、沟通能力和团队合作意识、操作实践能力、临床思维、科研素养).结果 期评成绩比较,教改组的标本考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组的平时成绩优于教改组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).综合素养指标比较,教改组学生在自主学习能力、语言表达能力、操作实践能力、沟通能力和团队合作意识方面的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 在局部解剖学教学中采用OBE教学理念指导的混合式教学有助于提高学生的操作实践能力、沟通能力及团队合作意识等综合素养.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching model guided by OBE teaching concept in local anatomy.Methods 160 undergraduate clinical medicine students in grade 2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into 81 control subjects and 79 teaching subjects.The teaching reorganization adopted the results-oriented mixed teaching mode,and the con-trol group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The results of the two groups of students were compared in the period assessment(final exam results,online self-study results,stage test results,classroom performance,sample assessment)and comprehensive literacy(inde-pendent learning ability,language expression ability,communication ability and teamwork consciousness,operational practice ability,clinical thinking,scientific literacy).Results Compared with the test scores of the group,the test scores of the group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the normal scores of the control group were better than those of the group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the comprehensive literacy index,the satisfaction of the teaching reorganization students in the aspects of independent learning ability,language expression ability,operational practice ability,communication ability and teamwork consciousness was higher than that of the control group,and the effect was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching guided by the OBE teaching concept is helpful to improve the students'comprehensive qualities such as operation practice ability,communication ability and teamwork consciousness.
