摘要

目的 探讨PBL联合TFC教学模式在神经内科规培教学中的应用效果,评估其对规培医生临床实践能力和专业素养的影响.方法 选取2022 年1 月至2024 年1 月在我院神经内科轮转的80 名规培医生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各40 名.实验组采用PBL联合TFC的教学方式,对照组采用传统的LBL教学方式,比较两组规培医生在性别、年龄、学历、出科时的理论及技能考核成绩,教学效果及教学满意度情况.结果 两组规培医生的性别、年龄、学历差异性均无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组规培医生的理论考核成绩和技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).实验组在临床思维能力、临床诊治能力、理论联系实际能力、医患沟通能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力及总体教学效果方面的评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).实验组规培医生对教学的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PBL联合TFC教学模式在神经内科住院医生规范化培训中的效果优于传统教学模式,值得在神经内科住培临床带教中推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To assess the effectiveness of PBL+TFC pedagogy in neuro-residency training,quantifying its influence on trainees'clinical proficiency and professionalism.Methods A cohort of 80 neuro-residents rotating through our institution from Janu-ary 2022 to January 2024 was enrolled.They were randomly allocated into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The experimental group received PBL+TFC instruction,while the control group underwent traditional LBL teaching.Parameters encom-passing gender,age,academic background,theoretical and practical examination scores were compared between groups.Additionally,questionnaire-based surveys assessed teaching efficacy and satisfaction.Results No significant difference in gender,age,or academ-ic qualifications existed between cohorts(P>0.05),however,the experimental group outperformed the control group in theory and practical scores(P<0.05).Ratings for clinical reasoning,diagnosis and treatment,practical application of theory,communication skills with patients,autonomous learning,teamwork,and overall pedagogical outcomes were superior in the experimental group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the experimental group's satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL+TFC pedagogy is superior to traditional teaching methods in neuro-residency training and merits deployment in neuro-resident teaching routine.
