摘要

目的 探讨加速康复外科理念在泌尿外科临床护理教学中的应用效果.方法 将2022 年3 月至2023 年12 月在我院泌尿外科实习的护生100 名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50 例.对照组采用传统临床带教模式,观察组在传统临床带教基础上融入加速康复外科理念,比较两组护生出科时的专科理论及操作技能考核成绩、护生对临床护理教学的满意度和患者对护生的满意度.结果 出科时,观察组的专科理论及操作技能考核成绩与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).观察组护生对临床护理教学的满意度和患者对护生的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 加速康复外科理念应用于泌尿外科临床护理教学中,可提高护生的专科理论知识及操作技能,提高护生对临床护理教学的满意度及患者对护生的满意度.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the clinical nursing teaching of urology.Methods 100 nursing students who practiced in our department from March 2022 to December 2023 were ran-domly divided into two groups:control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the observation group incorporated the concept of Rapid rehabilitation surgery on the basis of traditional clinical teaching.The assessment specialty theory and performance of operational skills assessment,the satisfaction of nursing students with clinical teaching and the satisfaction of patients with nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the specialty theory and operational skills assessment,the satisfaction of nursing students with clinical nursing teaching and the satisfaction of patients with nursing students were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the clinical nursing teaching of urology can improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,and the satisfaction of nursing students and patients with clinical nursing teaching.
