摘要
目的 研究血必净联合抗蛇毒血清治疗血液毒毒蛇咬伤的临床效果.方法 将我院收治的98例诊断为血液毒素毒蛇咬伤的患者随机分为对照组和联合治疗组,每组49例.对照组在常规治疗基础上给予抗蛇毒血清治疗,联合治疗组在常规基础上给予抗蛇毒血清联合血必净治疗.比较两组患者的肢体肿胀消退时间、外周血小板(PLT)计数、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、国际标准化比值(INR)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、肌酐清除率(CCR)及住院时间.结果 联合治疗组的肢体肿胀消退时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者的PLT、PT、APTT、INR、FIB、TT及CCR比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).联合治疗组的住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 血必净联合抗蛇毒血清治疗血液毒毒蛇咬伤效果显著,有助于减轻患者中毒症状,可改善凝血功能及肾功能,缩短患者住院时间,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with Antivenin in the treat-ment of snake bites.Methods 98 patients diagnosed with blood toxin snake bites admitted to our hospital were randomly divided in-to control group and combination treatment group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given antivenin on the basis of routine treatment,while the combination treatment group was given antivenin combined with Xuebijing Injection on the basis of routine treatment.The resolution time of limb swelling,blood platelet count(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),international normalized ratio(INR),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombintime(TT),creatinine clearance rate(CCR)and hospi-tal stays of two groups were compared.Results The resolution time of limb swelling of combination treatment group was shorted than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in PLT,PT,APTT,INR,FIB,TT and CCR between the two groups(all P＜0.05).The hospital stays of combination treatment group was shorted than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing Injection combined with Antivenin has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of blood venomous snake bites,which can help to reduce the poisoning symp-toms of patients,improve the coagulation function and renal function,shorten the hospital stay of patients,and is worthy of clinical pro-motion and application.
