摘要

目的 评估在院护士主导的健康教育对冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者自救知识知晓率的应用效果.方法 选择2023年1~4月在我院治疗的52例冠心病患者作为对照组,选择2023年5~8月在我院治疗的58例冠心病患者作为实验组.对照组实施常规健康教育干预,实验组采用在院护士主导的健康教育干预,比较两组患者PCI后自救知识的总知晓率、总正确率.结果 干预后3个月,实验组的PCI后自救知识总知晓率、总正确率均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 对PCI患者采用在院护士主导健康教育干预效果显著,可提升患者PCI后自救知识的知晓率.

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of nurse-led health education on the awareness rate of self-rescue knowledge of pa-tients undergoing coronary intervention(PCI)in hospitals.Methods 52 patients with CHD treated in our hospital from January to April 2023 were selected as the control group,and 58 patients with CHD treated in our hospital from May to August 2023 were selected as the experimental group.The control group received routine health education intervention,and the experimental group received nurs-ery-led health education intervention.The total awareness rate and total accuracy of self-rescue knowledge after PCI were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after intervention,the total awareness rate and total accuracy of self-rescue knowl-edge after PCI in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion The health education led by nurses in hospital has a significant effect on PCI patients,which can improve the awareness rate of patients'self-rescue knowledge after PCI.
