Previous studies have demonstrated that Follicular helper T cells are a special subgroup of CD4+T cells, which play an important role in promoting and regulating humoral response. However, there is still a need to fully elucidate how dendritic cells induce distinct Follicular helper T cells differentiation processes and their specific role in this induction. Therefore, this paper aims to compre-hensively review the roles of different subsets of dendritic cells in Follicular helper T cells differentiation. It concludes that continuous antigen presentation plays a crucial role in Follicular helper T cells differentiation while also highlighting the regulatory influence of OX40 signals downstream from CD28 and CD40L.thus,this paper seeks to enhance our understanding of the dendritic cells-Follicular helper T cellsaxis.
