摘要

目的 探讨成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念下联合多种教学方法在外科学总论见习课教学中的应用效果.方法 选择2020级临床医学专业本科生50名作为研究对象,按照随机抽样分组方式分为对照组和观察组各25名.对照组采用传统讲授式教学法(LBL)教学,观察组采取OBE理念并联合运用线上线下混合模式翻转课堂、以问题为基础教学法(PBL)、以案例为基础教学法(CBL)、以团队为基础教学法(TBL)进行教学,分析比较两组学生的理论知识综合评价和技能操作综合评价,并对两组学生的临床思维能力、分析和解决问题的能力、实践操作能力等进行评价,比较两组学生对教学方法的满意度.结果 观察组的理论知识综合评价及技能操作综合评价显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001).观察组学生的临床思维能力、分析和解决问题能力、实践操作能力等的提升优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001).观察组学生对教学方法的满意度评价较高为76%,对照组为40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在外科学总论见习课教学中引入OBE教学理念,可提高学生理论知识综合评价及技能操作综合评价,提升学生的综合能力,对教学质量和人才培养质量的提升具有重要意义.

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the role of combining multiple teaching methods in the teaching of Surgery General Introduction probation under the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE).Methods Fifty undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine from the class of 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 students in each group,using random sampling.The teaching mode of the control group was carried out according to the traditional Lecture-Based Learning(LBL)form.The observation group adopted the concept of OBE and combined the application of online and offline hybrid flipped classroom,problem-based learning(PBL),and case-based learning case-based learning(CBL)and team-based learning(TBL)teaching method.The comprehensive evaluation of theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the two groups of medi-cal students was analyzed and compared.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the improvement degree of students'clinical thinking ability,analysis and problem solving ability,practical operation ability,and satisfaction.Results The observation group's comprehensive evaluation of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive evaluation of skill operations were signifi-cantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.001).The improvement of clinical thinking ability,analysis and problem-sol-ving ability,and practical operation ability of medical students in the observation group were better than that of the control group(all P<0.001),the satisfaction evaluation was 76%in the observation group and 40%in the control group,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary and significant to introduce OBE teaching concept,opti-mize teaching objectives and contents,combine various teaching methods to teach students according to their students'abilities,and im-prove evaluation methods in the teaching of General surgery courses and guarantee the quality of personnel training.
