Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the clinical nutrition teaching of standardized training for residents in the department of organ transplantation.Methods 60 residents were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 in each group.The control group adopted the conven-tional training and teaching method,while the experimental group adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching regulations.The evaluation theory scores,clinical comprehensive ability scores,total scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared,and the application effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated.Results The theoretical scores,clinical comprehensive ability and total assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).At the same time,the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of PBL and CBL teaching methods in clinical nutrition teaching of resident physicians in the department of organ transplantation has complementary advantages,improved the students'clinical practice ability and theoretical achievement,and improved the teaching satisfaction.
