Objective To explore the effect of"workshop"-style empowerment education in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resus-citation(CPR)for undergraduate nursing interns. Methods A total of 72 undergraduate nursing interns in the cardiovascular ward of our hospital from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the practice batch, with 36 in each group. The control group was taught by the traditional clinical teaching method, and the experimen-tal group was taught by the"workshop"authorized education method. The CPR theory and operation assessment scores of the two groups of undergraduate nursing interns were compared before and after CPR teaching. Results The scores of CPR theory and operation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion"Workshop"authorized education method can improve the quality of CPR clinical teaching for undergraduate nursing interns.
