In teaching hospital,it's an important subject in how to cultivate high-quality and high-level intern in clinical test teach-ing.Traditional clinical test teaching is more emphasizing in theoretical knowledge,while the ability of practical and comprehensive quality is relatively weak.Through the discussion of omnibearing teaching,the author of this paper aims to provide reference suggestions for laboratory test teaching and training high-quality medical laboratory talents in line with the development of contemporary medical system.
