生肌愈疡膏联合股前外侧游离皮瓣治疗蛇伤溃疡的临床研究

摘要
目的 观察生肌愈疡膏联合股前外侧游离皮瓣治疗蛇伤溃疡的临床效果.方法 将 2022 年 10 月至 2023 年 10月江西中医药大学附属医院中医外科收治的60 例蛇伤溃疡患者随机分为观察组(30 例)和对照组(30 例),对照组在常规治疗上行股前外侧游离皮瓣术,观察组在常规治疗上给予生肌愈疡膏联合股前外侧游离皮瓣术,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间及术后皮瓣修复情况.结果 观察组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.01).两组患者术后皮瓣修复情况比较,观察组的皮瓣完全成活 30 例(完全成活率 100.00%),对照组的皮瓣完全成活24 例(完全成活率80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 生肌愈疡膏联合股前外侧游离皮瓣治疗蛇伤溃疡可有效提高皮瓣完全成活率,缩短手术时间和住院时间,治疗效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengji Yuyang Ointment combined with anterolateral femoral free flap in treatment of snakebite ulcers.Methods 60 patients with snakebite ulcers from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Control group was given directly performed an-terolateral femoral free flap after conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Shengji Yuyang Ointment combined with anterolateral femoral free flap after conventional treatment.The operation time,hospital stay and postoperative flap repair were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P＜0.01).The comparison of postoper-ative flap repair between the two groups showed that there were 30 cases of complete survival in the observation group(the survival rate was100.00%)and24 cases of complete survival in the control group(the survival rate was 80.00%),with statistical signifi-cance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shengji Yuyang Ointment combined with anterolateral thigh free skin flap can effectively improve the survival rate of skin flap,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and the therapeutic effect is positive.
