防渗漏保护套联合清毒百炎消外敷在蝮蛇咬伤患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨防渗漏保护套联合清毒百炎消外敷在蝮蛇咬伤患者中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析我院2023 年7月至2024 年5 月收治的60 例蝮蛇咬伤患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30 例.对照组使用清毒百炎消外敷治疗,观察组使用防渗漏保护套联合清毒百炎消外敷治疗,比较两组患者的肢体肿胀程度、肿胀消退时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、住院时间、舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分及患者满意度.结果 治疗前,两组患者的肢体肿胀程度、VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组在各时间段的肢体肿胀程度均小于对照组,VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的肿胀消退时间、住院时间均短于对照组,GCQ各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).两组患者的满意度比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 防渗漏保护套联合清毒百炎消外敷可有效减轻蝮蛇咬伤患者肢体肿胀和疼痛程度,缩短肿胀消退时间及住院时间,提高患者的舒适度和满意度,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of anti-leakage protective sleeve combined with Qingdu Baiyanxiao Oint-ment external application in patients with Agkistrodon halys bite injury.Methods The clinical data of 60 venomous snake bite pa-tients admitted to our hospital from July,2023 to May,2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qingdu Baiy-anxiao Ointment external application,and the observation group was treated with anti-leakage protective sleeve combined with Qingdu Baiyanxiao Ointment external application.The degree of limb swelling,time for swelling to subside,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,length of hospital stay,general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of limb swelling and VAS score between the two groups(all P＞0.05).After treatment,the degree of limb swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at all time periods,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the duration of swelling resolution and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and GCQ scores in all dimensions were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P＜0.05).Compared with the two groups,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Anti-leakage protective sleeve combined with Qingdu Baiyanxiao Ointment external application can effectively reduce the swelling and pain degree of the limbs of patients bitten by poisonous snakes,promote the time of swelling sub-traction,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
