摘要
目的 探讨基于急救流程优化的系统护理应用于多发性创伤患者的效果.方法 选取 2022 年 12 月至 2023 年12 月在宜昌市中心人民医院就诊的60 例多发性创伤患者作为研究对象,其中将 2022 年 12 月至 2023 年 6 月就诊的 30 例患者纳入常规组,将2023 年7～12 月就诊的30 例患者纳入优化组.常规组给予常规护理,优化组给予基于急救流程优化的系统护理,比较两组的工作人员到位时间、建立静脉通路时间、血液/体液送检时间、管理气道时间、用药时间、首次CT/MRI检查时间、急诊手术时间、抢救成功率、并发症发生率、致残率及患者的护理满意度.结果 优化组的工作人员到位时间、建立静脉通路时间、血液/体液送检时间、管理气道时间、用药时间、首次CT/MRI检查时间、急诊手术时间均短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);优化组的抢救成功率高于常规组,并发症发生率、致残率低于常规组,患者的护理满意度高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 基于急救流程优化的系统护理能够提高多发性创伤患者抢救成功率和满意度,缩短抢救反应时间,减少预后不良事件的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing based on first aid process optimization in multiple trauma pa-tients.Methods A total of 60 patients with multiple trauma who were treated in Yichang Central People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.30 patients from December 2022 to June 2023 were included in the routine group,and 30 patients from July to December 2023 were included in the optimized group.The conventional group was given routine nursing,and the optimized group was given systematic nursing based on the optimization of emergency procedures.The time of staff arri-val,time of venous access establishment,time of blood/body fluid examination,time of airway management,time of medication,time of first CT/MRI examination,time of emergency operation,success rate of rescue,incidence of complications,disability rate and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results Staff arrival time,venous access establishment time,blood/body fluid delivery time,airway management time,medication time,first CT/MRI examination time and emergency operation time in the optimized group were all shorter than those in the conventional group,with statistical significance(all P＜0.05).The rescue success rate of the optimized group was higher than that of the conventional group,the complication rate and disability rate were lower than that of the conventional group,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was higher than that of the conventional group,with statistical sig-nificance(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing based on optimization of emergency procedures can improve the success rate and satisfaction of patients with multiple trauma,shorten the rescue response time,and reduce the occurrence of adverse prognostic events.
