Constructing an aviation medical rescue and transportation process for patients with sudden acute infectious diseases based on evidence based and Delphi methods
Objective To establish a scientific and practical aeromedical rescue and transport process for patients with sudden in-fectious diseases based on evidence-based and Delphi method. Methods The literatures related to this study were searched through Chinese full-text databases such as China Journal Full-text Database(CKD),Wanfang Database,CNKI and foreign language databases such as Web of Science,PubMed,Springerlink and Medline from 2000 to 2023.Finally,6 literatures were included.Based on the best selected evidence, the draft of aeromedric rescue and transport process plan for patients with sudden acute infectious diseases was con-structed,and 30 experts in Guangxi were consulted by letter for 2 rounds by Delphi method. In the first round of correspondence, experts evaluated the importance and operability of each item. The research team recovered the questionnaire and discussed and modified the relevant items according to the comments in the correspondence. On this basis, the second round of expert correspondence questionnaire was formed, and the aeromedical rescue and transport process plan for patients with sudden acute infection was further revised and im-proved with reference to the results of the correspondence. Results After 2 rounds of expert correspondence, the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100%.The Kendall'sW coefficient for the importance of indicators in the first round of correspondence was 0.374(χ2=213.103,P<0.001),the Kendall'sW coefficient for the operability of indicators was 0.114(χ2=65.219,P<0.001),and the expert authority coefficient was 0.86.The Kendall'sW coefficient of the importance of indicators in the second round of corre-spondence was 0.264(χ2=158.184,P<0.001),the Kendall'sW coefficient of the operability of indicators was 0.105(χ2=62.743,P<0.001),and the expert authority coefficient was0.86.The aeromedical rescue transport process for patients with sudden acute in-fectious diseases was finally constructed with 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 8 third-level indicators.Conclu-sion This study established the aeromedical rescue and transport process scheme for patients with sudden acute infectious diseases. The construction method is scientific, the process is rigorous, and the results are reliable, which has certain reference value for clinical nursing practice.
