摘要
目的 探讨基于互联网的健康干预模式在脑卒中高危人群中的应用效果.方法 选取2023 年1~6 月在广西医科大学第二附属医院健康体检中心体检并筛查为脑卒中高危人群的体检者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=29),观察组给予基于互联网(慈云健康平台)的健康干预,对照组给予传统健康干预.比较两组研究对象干预前及干预3 个月、6 个月时的体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)以及左右两侧颈动脉的最小血流速度(Vmin)、脉搏波速(Wv)、外周阻力(Rv)和脑功能积分.结果 干预后3 个月,观察组的SBP、FPG与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的BMI、DBP、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、HCY、左右两侧颈动脉的Vmin、Wv、Rv以及脑功能积分与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).干预后 6 个月,观察组的BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HCY、两侧颈动脉的Vmin与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的HbA1c、HDL-C、左右两侧Wv、Rv以及脑功能积分与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 互联网健康干预模式与传统健康干预模式相比较,对脑卒中高危人群能够更有效地控制脑卒中危险因素,改善脑血流动力学指标,从而降低脑卒中的发病风险.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Internet-based health intervention model in high-risk population of stroke.Methods The subjects who underwent physical examination in the Health examination Center of the Second Affiliated Hospi-tal of Guangxi Medical University from January to June 2023 and were screened as high-risk stroke groups were selected as the study ob-jects,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=29).The observation group was given the In-ternet-based health intervention(Ciyun health platform),and the control group was given the traditional health intervention.The body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemo-globin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cho-lesterol(HDL-C)were compared between the two groups before intervention and 3 and 6 months after intervention.Homocysteine(HCY),minimum blood flow velocity(Vmin),pulse wave velocity(Wv),peripheral resistance(Rv),and brain function scores of left and right carotid arteries.Results At 3 months after intervention,SBP and FPG in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in BMI,DBP,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,HCY,Vmin,Wv,Rv and brain function scores of left and right carotid arteries in observation group compared with control group(all P>0.05).At 6 months after intervention,BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HCY and bilateral carotid artery Vmin in observa-tion group were significantly different from those in control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in HbA1c,HDL-C,left and right side Wv,Rv and brain function scores between observation group and control group(all P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional health intervention mode,the Internet health intervention mode can control the risk factors of stroke more effectively,improve the cerebral hemodynamic index,and reduce the risk of stroke.
