中医药治疗复苏后综合征的研究进展

摘要
复苏后综合征(PRS)是心脏骤停经过复苏恢复自主循环后,机体因长时间缺血以及缺血再灌注损伤,导致多器官功能不全或衰竭等一系列复杂病理生理过程.随着心脏骤停患者的增多,PRS也成为临床难题.中医药用于治疗PRS具有一定优势,并在治疗研究上取得了一定成果.本文就近年来中医药治疗PRS的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Post-resuscitation syndrome(PRS)is a series of complex pathophysiological processes,such as multi-organ insufficiency or failure,caused by prolonged ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion injury after cardiac arrest.With the increase of cardiac arrest pa-tients,PRS has also become a clinical problem.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of PRS,and has made some achievements in the treatment research.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for PRS in recent years.
