摘要

冠心病属于十分常见的一类心血管疾病,又称为冠状动脉疾病,主要是由冠状动脉狭窄或阻塞引起心肌缺血所致.通常情况下,由于动脉粥样硬化,即动脉壁上的脂肪、胆固醇及其他物质形成斑块,最终导致血管狭窄,进而形成冠心病.血管内皮作为血管保护屏障,可分泌舒张血管活性物质与强烈缩血管物质,前者包括一氧化氮和前列环素,后者包括内皮素1 和血栓素A2.研究表明,冠心病的发作与内皮功能障碍密切相关,内皮功能障碍贯穿于冠状动脉粥样硬化进程中的各个阶段,因此改善血管内皮功能已成为冠心病研究热点.中成药在改善血管内皮功能、治疗冠心病方面具有良好的疗效.本文旨在综述中成药在改善冠心病血管内皮功能方面的研究现状.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease is a very common type of cardiovascular disease,also known as coronary artery disease.Coronary heart disease is mainly caused by myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery stenosis or obstruction.Typically,coronary heart dis-ease develops due to atherosclerosis,the formation of plaques of fat,cholesterol and other substances on the walls of arteries that eventu-ally narrow the blood vessels.The vascular endothelium,as A protective barrier,secretes vasodilating substances,including nitric oxide and prostacycline,and strongly constricting substances,including endothelin 1 and thrombosin A2.Studies have shown that the onset of coronary heart disease is closely related to endothelial dysfunction,which runs through all stages of coronary heart disease atherosclero-sis.Therefore,improving vascular endothelial function has become a focus of coronary heart disease research.Chinese patent medicine has a good effect on improving vascular endothelial function and treating coronary heart disease.The purpose of this article is to review the research status of Chinese patent medicine in improving vascular endothelial function in coronary heart disease.
