成功案例与差错案例互补式案例教学模式在感染科护士实习带教中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨成功案例与差错案例互补式教学模式在感染科护士实习带教中的应用效果.方法 回顾性选取2021年9 月至2023 年7 月在本院感染科实习的90 名护士作为研究对象,其中以2021 年9 月至2022 年7 月采用传统教学方法的45 名护士为对照组,以2022 年9 月至2023 年7 月采用成功案例与差错案例互补式案例教学模式的 45 名护士为研究组.两组均进行为期两周的实习带教,观察比较两组的护理理论成绩、实践成绩、操作技能评分及感染科护理知识理解情况,并对护士职业倦怠评分及教学质量满意度进行评价.结果 实习结束后,研究组的实习护士在护理理论成绩、实践成绩、操作技能评分、感染科护理知识理解情况方面均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).研究组的实习护士职业倦怠感低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组实习护士的教学质量满意度为 91.11%,显著高于对照组的 71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 成功案例与差错案例互补式教学模式在感染科护士实习带教中有良好的应用效果,可有效提高实习护士的考核成绩及对感染科护理知识的理解,减轻职业倦怠感,提高教学质量满意度,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the complementary teaching model of success cases and error cases in the practice teaching of nurses in the department of infection.Methods 90 nurses who practiced in the department of infection in our hospital from September 2021 to July 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and 45 nurses who adopted traditional teaching methods from September 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the control group.From September 2022 to July 2023,45 nurses who a-dopted the complementary case teaching model of success cases and error cases were selected as the study group.The nurses in both groups were given two-week practice teaching.The nursing theory scores,practical scores,operational skills scores and nursing knowl-edge understanding of infection department were observed and compared between the two groups,and the nurses'burnout scores and teaching quality satisfaction were evaluated.Results After the practice,the nurses in the study group were significantly better than the control group in the aspects of nursing theory scores,practice scores,operation skills scores and nursing knowledge understanding of infection department,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The burnout of nurses in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching quality of nurses in the study group was91.11%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The complementary teaching mode of successful cases and error cases has a good application effect in the practice teaching of nurses in infection department,which can effectively improve the assessment results and the understanding of nurs-ing knowledge in infection department,reduce the sense of job burnout,and improve the satisfaction of teaching quality.
