多模态功能磁共振在老年急性肾损伤中的应用

摘要
老年人群肾脏生理功能下降,在其他疾病的进展和诊疗过程中,极易发生急性肾损伤(AKI).目前临床判断肾脏病变主要依赖病理,但肾活检技术本身难重复、取材片面,且老年患者往往存在共患疾病,围手术期处理难度大.作为当今医学影像研究中的热点问题之一,多模态功能磁共振对了解肾脏疾病的病理生理特点和预后判断有重要意义.本文就多模态功能磁共振在老年AKI中的应用研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
The physiological function of kidneys in the elderly population decreases with aging.Meanwhile,the aging population is highly susceptible to acute kidney injury(AKI)during the progression and diagnosis and treatment of other diseases.At present,the clinical diagnosis of renal lesions mainly depends on pathology,but renal biopsy is difficult to repeat and sampling is one-sided,and for elderly patients,there are existing comorbidities that make perioperative management difficult.As one of the highlight topics in the research of medical imaging,multimodal functional magnetic resonance imaging is of great significance in distinguishing the pathological and physiological characteristics of kidney diseases and predicting prognosis.This article reviews the research progress of multimodal functional magnetic resonance imaging in AKI in the elderly.
