摘要
RNA技术近年来在疫苗研发、蛋白表达等领域取得了显著进展,其为特定基因的表达或抑制提供了一种安全且高效的策略,并为新冠疫苗的研发起到了至关重要的作用.RNA技术包括RNA的合成、靶向递送系统等步骤,合成的RNA通过序列优化、化学修饰等减轻免疫原性,提高稳定性等,以达到预期的治疗效果,并设计合适的靶向递送系统以便其被细胞有效摄取.RNA技术为肾脏疾病的治疗提供了新的可能性和方向,需要进一步的研究来优化递送策略并确保其临床应用的安全性和有效性.
Abstract
RNA technology has made significant advancements in fields such as vaccine development and the therapeutic expression of missing proteins.It offers an efficient strategy for the expression or inhibition of specific genes.During the COVID-19 epidemic,RNA technology played a pivotal role in the development of vaccines against the virus.The process of RNA technology encompasses the synthesis of RNA and targeted delivery systems.The synthesized RNA undergoes sequence optimization and chemical modifications to mitigate its immunogenicity and enhance its stability,ensuring the desired therapeutic outcomes.Appropriate delivery systems are designed to facilitate efficient cellular uptake.The complexity of kidney organ structure pose challenges for targeted renal delivery.RNA technology offers new possibilities and directions for the treatment of renal diseases,further research is essential to optimize delivery strategies and ensure the safety and efficacy of its clinical applications.
