Evaluation and optimization strategies for the spatial layout of agricultural trade markets in central urban area of Suzhou from the perspective of resident demand
The construction of urban farmers'markets is an important project of livelihood related to the people's happiness and sense of gain,thus scientific planning and construction of urban farmers'markets require the at-tention to the changes of residents'demand for the markets.This paper takes residents'needs as the starting point and takes the central urban area of Suzhou as an example to empirically analyze the new changes in resi-dents'demand for the agricultural trade market in Suzhou.Based on this,the spatial analysis method of ArcGIS is used to evaluate the service coverage,spatial accessibility,and distribution coordination of the current spatial layout of the agricultural trade market in Suzhou.Research shows that the service coverage rate,accessibility,and spatial coordination of the central level agricultural trade market in the urban area of Suzhou are low,and optimization strategies are proposed based on the evaluation results.
