创意企业的集聚特征和演变规律研究——以北京市为例

创意经济背景下探索创意企业空间分布的集聚特征和历时性的演变规律,将有助于创意产业发展和相关规划的制定.选取北京市的创意企业为研究对象,以2008、2013年的统计年鉴数据和2020年的企业信息大数据为基础,利用Moran指数法识别2008和2013年创意企业的聚集"高地",利用核密度分析法分析2020年创意企业的总体和分行业的集聚特征,并利用K函数法分析五环内创意企业的分布影响因素,进而得出北京创意企业12年来"由单中心向多中心"的空间演变规律.最后,基于研究结论对北京市的创意产业发展提出了若干建议.
Research on the agglomeration characteristics and evolution rules of creative enterprises:Taking Beijing as an example
Exploring the agglomeration characteristics and diachronic evolution rules of spatial distribution of creative enterprises under the background of creative economy will be helpful for the development of creative industries and the formulation of related plans.This article selects creative enterprises in Beijing as the research object.Based on the statistical yearbook data in 2008,2013 and the corporate information big data in 2020,the Moran index method is used to identify the"highlands"where creative enterprises were gathered in 2008 and 2013,the density analysis method is used to analyze the overall and sub-industry agglomeration characteristics of creative enterprises in 2020,and the K function method is used to analyze the factors affecting the distribution of creative enterprises within the Fifth Ring Road,and then the paper concludes that Beijing's creative enterprises have laws of spatial evolution"from single center to multi-center"in the past 12 years.Finally,based on the research conclusions,some valuable suggestions are put forward for the development of creative industries in Beijing.
