Construction and application of rural resilience assessment system in mountainous counties:Taking Taihu County as an example
It is necessary to comprehensively assess the level of rural resilience and analyze the spatial hetero-geneity of rural resilience under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy. On the basis of systematically sum-marizing the connotation of rural resilience,an evaluation system of rural resilience was constructed from five di-mensions including economy, society, ecology, culture and production.Taking Taihu County as an empirical case, the spatial econometric analysis method is adopted to explore the spatial differentiation pattern of rural resilience in mountainous counties, and suggestions for improving rural resilience are put forward. The results show that(1)At the scale of administrative villages, the rural resilience of each dimension presents an unbalanced development trend, and the economic and ecological dimensions show significant spatial agglomeration characteristics of the high-value rural resilience areas, while the other dimensions show few high-value rural resilience areas,present-ing a spatial pattern of"high-value dotted distribution";(2)The comprehensive resilience level of county villages is relatively low,and the administrative villages with medium and low resilience level account for 76.4%,and the high resilience areas are mainly concentrated in the eastern part of Taihu County, accounting for a relatively small proportion, showing a"core-edge"distribution pattern;(3)According to the results of the grade classifica-tion of rural resilience in Taihu County, differentiated improvement suggestions are given for administrative vil-lages with different resilience levels by dimension, focusing on the key factors affecting the level of rural re-silience.
