The employment quality of college graduates is not only an important indicator to measure the employ-ment guidance of college students,but also an important indicator to reflect the effect of school personnel train-ing.How to scientifically,objectively,reasonably and effectively evaluate the employment quality of college grad-uates is particularly important.In this paper,a set of evaluation index systems is established by using fuzzy ana-lytic hierarchy process to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model according to the characteristics of the employment quality of college graduates.
