增材制造金属材料的焊接性能研究进展

增材制造作为一种新兴的制造技术,近年来在金属材料领域得到了广泛的关注与应用.然而,增材制造金属材料在实际工程应用中,往往需要进行焊接以实现复杂结构的组装和修复.因此,研究增材制造金属材料的焊接性能具有重要意义.本文综述了近年来关于增材制造金属材料焊接性能的研究进展,主要为:不同增材制造方式下制备的钛合金、不锈钢、铝合金以及其他金属的焊接件的微观组织和力学性能研究.通过对上述内容的系统总结,揭示了增材制造金属材料焊接性能的主要影响因素及其作用机制,并指出了当前研究中存在的挑战和未来的研究方向.
Research progress on welding performance of additive manufacturing metallic materials
As an innovative manufacturing technology,additive manufacturing(AM)has received widespread atten-tion and application in the field of metallic materials in recent years.However,in practical engineering applications,metallic materials produced by AM often require welding to achieve the assembly and repair of complex structures.Therefore,studying the welding performance of metallic materials produced by AM is of great significance.This pa-per reviews the recent research progresses on the welding performance of metallic materials produced by AM,in-cluding titanium alloys,stainless steel,aluminum alloys prepared by different AM methods,and the study on the mi-crostructure and mechanical properties of welded joints of other metals.Through a systematic summary of the above contents,this paper reveals the main influencing factors and mechanisms affecting the welding performance of me-tallic materials produced by AM,and points out the challenges in current research and future research directions.
