Research on pressure sensitive performance of carbon nanotube intelligent sensors
In order to achieve the development of intelligent sensors and real-time structural monitoring,a new type of intelligent sensor was prepared by mixing modified carbon nanotubes into cement mortar.The polarization curve analysis of the sensor,electrical resistivity analysis from loading to destruction,cyclic loading tests at different rates,and pressure sensitive performance studies at different maximum loading amplitudes were conducted using the four-electrode method.Combined with SEM analysis of the microscopic characteristics of the cement based ma-trix,the mechanism of action of modified carbon nanotubes and the variation of electrical resistivity and compres-sive stress were summarized.The results showed that the incorporation of modified carbon nanotubes can signifi-cantly shorten the polarization time,and effectively improve the electrical conductivity of the test block;the resistiv-ity decreases linearly with the increase of compressive stress,and the sensor exhibits good pressure sensitive perfor-mance;the resistance change rate increases with the increase of loading amplitude and loading rate.
