智能制造促进中国制造业新质生产力形成——一项探索性案例研究

智能制造是推动我国现代化产业体系建设的关键举措,是助推中国制造业大力发展新质生产力的重要前提.基于探索性案例研究视角,以我国制造业企业为样本,探究智能制造促进中国制造业新质生产力形成的实现机制.研究发现:(1)智能制造可以从生产端、市场端、经营端等多个层面,全面提升中国制造业企业全要素生产率、商业模式创新与经营韧性,以形成中国制造业新质生产力.(2)智能制造能够有效提升我国制造业企业的关键数据数智化处理能力,并以此进一步优化组织运营环境,完善企业创新生态系统,从而加快中国制造业新质生产力形成.根据研究结论,建议相关制造业企业进一步提升智能制造发展效能,并以此构建高水平自主创新体系,从而加快形成中国制造业新质生产力.
How Intelligent Manufacturing Shapes New Quality Productive Forces with Chinese Manufacturing Background:A Configuration Study of Exploratory Cases
Intelligent manufacturing is a key measure to promote the construction of China's modern industrial system and an important prerequisite for helping China's manufacturing industry vigorously develop new quality productive forces.This study is based on an exploratory case study perspective,using Chinese manufacturing enterprises as samples,to explore the implementation mechanism of intelligent manufacturing promoting the formation of new quality productive forces in China's manufacturing industry.Research has found that:(1)Intelligent manufacturing can comprehensively improve the total factor productivity,business model innovation,and operational resilience of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from multiple levels such as production,market,and operation,in order to form new quality productive forces in China's manufacturing industry.(2)Intelligent manufacturing can effectively enhance the digital processing capabilities of key data in China's manufacturing industry,further optimize the organizational and operational environment,improve the innovation ecosystem of enterprises,and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces in China's manufacturing industry.Based on the research findings,it is recommended that relevant manufacturing enterprises further enhance the efficiency of intelligent manufacturing development and build a high-level independent innovation system to accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces in China's manufacturing industry.
