纳米TiO2降解汽车尾气在道路工程中的应用研究进展

简述了汽车尾气净化过程中使用纳米TiO2光催化材料的降解反应原理,系统梳理了纳米TiO2光催化路面材料的研究进展和当前该材料在混凝土路面、沥青路面及道路沿线附属设施上的应用现状,分析了该技术在降解汽车尾气方面存在的问题,并给出了在道路工程领域中应用的建议:1)对纳米TiO2光催化材料进行改性,解决其催化效率低的问题;2)采用多孔光催化材料,解决现有路面光催化材料与尾气接触不充分问题;3)加强光催化涂层与基体的粘结力,解决光催化涂层易于脱落问题;4)对光催化产物进行深入处理,多管齐下,在道路工程中建立高质量的光催化体系.
Research on Nano-TiO2 Degradation of Automobile Exhaust in Road Engineering
The degradation reaction principle of Nano-TiO2 photocatalytic material used in the process of automobile exhaust gas purification is briefly discussed in this paper.The research progress of Nano-TiO2 photocatalytic pave-ment materials is systematically sorted as well as its current applications in concrete pavements,asphalt pave-mentsand roadside facilities.Some application problems of the technology in automobile exhaust degradation are an-alyzed to propose suggestion as follows:1)Nano-TiO2 photocatalytic materials is modified to solve the problem of low catalytic efficiency;2)Porous photocatalytic material is applied to solve the problem of insufficient contact of existing road photocatalytic material with exhaust gas;3)The adhesion between the photocatalytic coating and the substrate is strengthened to solve the problem that the photocatalytic coating is easy to fall off;4)Photocatalytic products are thoroughly treated by multi measures to establish a high-quality photocatalytic system in road engi-neering.
