盾构电缆隧道排水系统设计与创新探讨

排水系统是电缆隧道的重要组成部分之一,对保证电缆隧道使用安全具有重要作用.对于盾构电缆隧道,其排水系统的设计在标准规范中没有完整和明确的设计与取值依据,同时因外界因素而导致的隧道路径以及纵断面的变化也对隧道排水系统设计提出了新的要求.通过对盾构电缆隧道内水的来源、特点及排水标准的具体分析,结合相应的标准规范、国家电网公司相关文件要求,介绍了盾构电缆隧道排水量的取值原则、隧道排水沟的设计计算方法.针对隧道集水坑和排水泵组的设计,介绍了常规竖井内排水系统的设计方法.通过调查研究,首次提出了隧道内道中集水坑和排水泵组的创新设计方法以及相关数据的取值依据,能够有效地提高隧道设计灵活性和施工安全性,且能有效降低综合成本并缩短工期,可为类似形式的隧道设计提供参考.
Design and Innovation of Drainage System for Shield Cable Tunnel
The drainage system is one of the important components of cable tunnels,which plays an important role in ensuring the safety of cable tunnel.For shield cable tunnels,there is no complete and clear design and value basis for the drainage system in the standard specifications.At the same time,changes of the tunnel paths and longitudi-nal section caused by external factors also make new requirements for the design of the tunnel drainage system.Through a specific analysis of the source,characteristics,and drainage standards of water inside shield cable tun-nels,combined with the corresponding standard specifications and relevant documents of State Grid Corporation of China,the principles of determining the drainage amount of shield cable tunnels and the design calculation method of tunnel drainage ditches were introduced in this paper.The design method of drainage system in the conventional vertical shaft was proposed for the design of tunnel sumps and drainage pump groups.By investigation and research,an innovative design method for sumps and drainage pump group in the tunnel inner passage was proposed for the first time,as well as the basis for relevant data values,which can effectively improve the flexibility of tunnel design and construction safety,and reduce comprehensive costs and shorten the construction period.This can provide ref-erence for similar forms of tunnel design.
