超深基坑横支撑爆破振动规律研究

以穗莞深城际铁路前海—皇岗口岸段工程中0-1号工作井基坑爆破工程为背景,通过爆破测振仪对横支撑爆破过程进行了监测,并对超深基坑爆破对横支撑振动响应规律进行了研究.研究结果表明:1)超深基坑工作井横支撑爆破振动波的变化规律具有较强的方向性,即沿工作井垂直方向上的幅值变化剧烈程度远大于其他2个方向.其中:水平径向的变化幅度呈先降低后升高的趋势;水平切向的变化幅度在各振动监测波形中相对较小;垂直方向上变化幅度相对较高;在相同横支撑爆破条件下,爆破振动持续时间基本相同.2)最大振动波速与主频在各方向有一定的规律性.其中,最大振动波速和主频最大值在水平切向上有较明显的改变,振动波形变化幅度最大值集中在单一方向上,其他方向的数值和波形形态基本相同,这表明基坑支撑爆破振动有显著的方向性特征.3)工作井爆破振动效果良好,支撑和被支撑结构的开裂和振动在允许值范围内,爆破效果满足施工要求.该研究结果可为今后超深基坑横支撑爆破工程提供参考.
Research on the Vibration Law of Transverse Support Blasting in Ultra Deep Foundation Pit
Taking the blasting project of No.0-1 working well in Qianhai to Huanggang Port section of the Suiguan Shenzhen intercity railway as an example,the transverse support blasting process was monitored by a blasting vibra-tion meter.The vibration response law of the transverse support was studied.The research results show that:(1)the variation law of the transverse support blasting vibration wave has strong directionality in the ultra deep excavation working well.The amplitude variation along the vertical direction of the working well was much more severe than the one in other two directions.Among them,the amplitude of changes in the horizontal radial direction shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;While the amplitude of changes in the horizontal tangential directions is rela-tively smaller in various vibration monitoring waveforms;The amplitude of changes is relatively higher in vertical direction;Under the same horizontal support blasting conditions,the duration of blasting vibration is basically the same.(2)The maximum vibration wave velocity and main frequency have regularity in each direction.Among them,the maximum vibration wave velocity and main frequency have significant changes in horizontal tangential direction.The maximum amplitude of vibration waveform change is concentrated in a single direction.The values and wave-form shapes are basically the same in other directions.The vibration of foundation pit support blasting is verified to have significant directional characteristics.(3)The blasting vibration effect of the working well is good.The cracking and vibration of the supporting and supported structures are within the allowable range.The blasting effect meets the construction requirements.The result can provide reference for the transverse support blasting engineering of ultra deep foundation pits in future.
